Affirmations for Chakra Meditation

"The moment you change your perception, is the moment you rewrite the chemistry of your body".
-Dr. Bruce H. Lipton

Welcome back my beautiful friends! Today I would like to speak about affirmations that you can mediate on to help with all of your chakras.

Currently my soul is craving knowledge. How to build and grow my empire. The most fun way for me to do this is with reading. I love all types of books but currently I keep coming back to books of quantum physics.

I can't stop! the moment I learn one new thing, it opens up for me to learn another. It's beautiful. There are so many books out there. I'll be writing some reviews in the future on the books I read so make sure to come back and check them out.

I mention this because with all the information is teaching me that you do have the power to create the life you want.

In order to be the person you want to be you need to make small changes daily. It starts with how you think. Your thoughts create frequencies that go out into the universe. Like a magnet it will draw what you think about back to you.

Don't get me started with this I can go on for days, and I will in the future with :)

Once you put it in your mind that you want to better your life you will make it happen. We know that our chakras play a major role in our overall well being. Just by thinking about them with positive intentions is a start. The thought alone begins the healing process and your connection with your inner/higher self.

Meditation is such a major part of my life. I have respect for it, which means I have respect for myself. It feels great to set time a part for myself, because if I don't no one else will.

It can seem a bit off to just sit in silence and try not to think about anything. Then you find yourself telling yourself not to think, them your thinking about thinking which is thinking! WTF?!

Here is a simple yet very effective way to practice your meditation that will be sure to get your chakras working properly in no time!

You can adjust this for however long you have.

Meditation Exercise:    Total time: Anywhere from about 5-60 mins.

Find a quiet area to relax and get comfortable. However, this is not always possible. Do the best you can, just showing up and taking the time for yourself is what matters. I like to meditate in the morning before getting in the shower and my kids wake up!

First, take one minute and start to breathe. Close your eyes and simply count each breath. Breathe in deep and release your breath while counting "one". Breathe in deep, release and count "two". As you reach ten start back at "one". Focus only on counting your breath and gently remove other thoughts as they enter your mind. Do this for about 45 seconds to one minute.

If you find that you no longer need to count you can just focus on the rising and falling sensation you feel as you inhale and exhale.

Your body should start to relax as you focus on your breath. Focus on the breath going in through your nose to that chakra, wrapping around as you exhale. As you do this repeat each affirmation to corresponding chakra for the desired time you choose.

If you want to take it a step further envision a lotus flower in the color that corresponds to that chakra as you repeat the affirmation.

The Crown

I have a right to the truth of my identity.

The Third Eye

I have a right to see beyond the veil of form.

The Throat

I have a right to express what is true for me.

The Heart

I have a right to love and be loved.

The Solar Plexus

I have a right to be powerful.

The Sacral

I have a right to feel pleasure.

The Root

I have a right to be here.

I find that when I do this, even if just for a few mins or sitting at my desk, it makes a world of a difference.

Remember to be kind to yourself. Remember thoughts make things! Keep positive thoughts of yourself to create the image in your mind a reality.

Thanks for taking the time to read this. Love you all!

With love,

The Unicorn Goddess
