The Unicorn Goddess Weekly Download

Hello loves! This past week has been really rough for me. I have unfortunately experienced a physical injury that has put my life on hold. This is crazy for me as I am always doing 100 things. Any other time this would have made me very sad. I now have a new approach. I trust so much in my divine timing and trust that the entire universe is working in my favor that I know that this is a blessing in disguise. I have built spiritual stamina that I react from a place of love and trust as opposed to fear and questioning. I share this to hopefully inspire you to trust the process and be patient with yourself. Please take the time to take care of yourself, physically and mentally or you will be forced to do so. 
This week on 1/24/2020 the  
New Moon goes into Aquarius which gives us the strength for hard work, focusing and being productive. This energy allows us to be serious and really focus on our goals and to-do list. When I tell you the energy for this year is all about getting everything we want, I mean it. With the Chinese new year, the day after, the energy is really working in our favor. This new moon will shed a a lot of light in all the situations in your life that don't allow you to feel completely free. This could be due to the year of the rat. Exposing all of the traps that won't hold us back anymore. The new moon is when the moon renews its self, a great time for us to do the same. Let go of the past. 
Remember what you put out, you get back 10 fold. When having a conversation with someone, just listen. Pay attention to your body language. Really listen and feel what this person is saying with every part of your body. A lot of times when people are speaking we think about what we want to respond as they are speaking. Which in reality, it means you are not really taking in what they are saying. You are waiting for them to finish so you can respond. Doing acts like this on a daily basis raises your frequency. Which turns into the universe listening to you a bit louder and clearer. Ahhh, this is manifesting magic. 
Chakra of the Week
This week is all about the root chakra. 

Located at the perineum, base of your spine. Envision a red, four-petal lotus flower. It governs the adrenal glands, large intestines, feet, legs, and bones. A balanced root chakra will have you feeling fearless, grounded, feeling of belonging, ability to let go, practical, and have secure and strong survival skills. Focus your attention on this area as much as you can. Where your attention goes is where your energy goes. 

Sitting in a comfortable position, close your eyes. focus on your breath. Taking in a few deep cleansing breaths, in through your nose and out of your mouth. Return to a regular breath in through your nose and out of your nose. Focus your energy in the center of your heart. Plant a seed of gratitude in your heart center. Now in your mind's eye envision the person you want to be at the end of 2020.  How do you look, how do you walk, how do you communicate, how do you express yourself, how much money is in your account, how do those you love look at you? How does this make you feel? I'm sure it feels like a million bucks! Keep that feeling, open your eyes and step out as that person. 
I do this meditation all the time! Sometimes several times throughout a day. This causes your vibration to elevate. The goal is 500 or above at all times! The higher your vibration, the stronger the law of attraction works in your favor. Besides, I'd rather walk around feeling good knowing all the potential I hold, then to worry and feel bad about all the things that could go wrong. Perception affects your creation.  
Journal Exercise
A journal entry on the night of the new moon is very powerful. Take your time with this if you can. Write out intentions for the year. Specifically to finance and what will bring you security in your life. Make sure to also add some intentions on how you can be more artistic and creative this year. I strongly recommend that you write out what your life will look like on a daily basis. For each day of the week write down what your day will look like. What will your schedule look like for the day? Make sure you review and correct where necessary. Does your week have a balance of something that grows you financially, mentally, and physically? Did you add some time for self-care, family time, and some fun?  This will be a huge tool you can use to shape the life that you deserve. Remember the power of the pen to paper!
