With the full moon this week more than ever it is a great time to do a cleansing. You are stuck in the past. It could be from the past in this or past lifetimes. It is your job to take control of your energy and cleanse what is no longer serving you. Holding on to the past is going to keep you there. Making it extremely difficult to truly enjoy the present moment.

I’ll give you a tip that I like to do when I’m feeling down about my looks.  Go in the front of the mirror and focus on the parts of your body that you love about yourself. Then make love to yourself in the mirror. It will be greater than any porn (which can drain your energy), and your investing some of your energy back into yourself. Thank me later.
