The New moon phase is all about setting intentions. This is an opportunity to take ownership for what we want to manifest and to commit to the actions, thoughts and behaviors necessary to get us there. Opening our hearts and fueling each other’s dreams makes manifesting so much more powerful!
In this meditation journey, I will lovingly guide you to use your sexual energy, and it's a chance to get in tune with the energy around you and work with its creative potential. This meditation is a tool to tap into the intuition and power that already exists within you.
The sound bath adds the element of healing. Sound baths make it easy to meditate no matter how long you’ve been practicing.
All are welcome to join this meditation; whether you have meditation experience or not, it doesn't matter. All that is required of you is your presence and listening ears to receive this healing transmission. Most important is arriving open and ready to receive.

You can lay or sit however is most comfortable for you. There is no pressure to have your camera on. This is the time that you're committing to loving yourself.
Have some water close by for the unique water charging ceremony.
Keep a journal close by for after the session to enhance your manifest abilities.
This is a safe and loving space where no unkind behavior is accepted.

The mediation is just about 30 mins. The sound bath adds a healing element that can feel very relaxing, making it enjoyable for everyone from novice to seasoned.
The sound bath is generally very soothing. You may even fall asleep. There are occasional times where the vibrations may feel jarring or uncomfortable. This is usually tied to trauma, shock, or deficient levels of energy such as depression. Though it may be uncomfortable, the vibrations are helping to shake that energy from your core. Listen to your body, breath, and follow your intuition. If you need to stop, then do so. You can come back to it and keep working your way up—work at listening in small doses and consciously observe what thoughts come up. The more you face something, the more you take away its power, and that’s how your heel.
